cancelling a course you have been booked and
confirmed on, you must do so as per the
relevant points listed below. Cancellation
must be made in writing or by email and

a telephone answering machine as a last
resort. All cancellation charges stand.
-
If you wish to cancel your course, you
must do this NO LATER than
ten (10) working days (a working day is
a week day and does not include weekend

date.
There is a £50 (UK Pounds) Course
cancellation charge associated with this
cancellation option to the person who
booked the course. All other funds paid
will be refunded.

Courses cancelled under the above option
of ten (10) working days but more than
five (5) working days will result in a
cancellation charge of 50% of the course
fee to the person who booked the course.
-
Courses cancelled under five (5) working
days will result in a cancellation
charge of 75% of the course fee to the
person who booked the course.
-
Those who stated they will be paying
with cash on the first day of the course
will be held accountable as per the Cash
Payments option in the table above.

for the seat you booked.

Course Cancellation (ESTS International)
Refund Terms & Conditions
Should for some unforeseen reason, ESTS
International be required to postpone or
cancel a course, we will refund you 100% of
the money you have paid to us or you can opt
to attend another course date. We will not
be held accountable for any other costs you
may incur, such as travel or accommodation

agree with these terms in full. |

The Right to Refuse
Our Instructors / Trainers / Staff retain the right to refuse
to instruct disruptive students or anyone
they feel is having a detrimental effect on
the daily running of the course. This
includes any student they feel is causing
disruption, bad feelings towards either
fellow students or the Instructor, or is
blatantly interfering with the running of
the course. ESTS International will always
investigate any such cases and should the
Instructor provide us with sufficient
reason, the students will be excluded from
the course permanently. If the student is
attending a course paid for by either their
company, government or any other official
party, a report of the exclusion will be
forwarded to them. Abusive, threatening or
racial behaviour will be reported to the
authorities without exception. If this
occurs at the end of a course, ESTS
