    The ESTS International 14-day Protective Security Detail (PSD) Course is designed for those wishing to attend a full-on, high-risk environment Close Protection Training Course. The ESTS International PSD Course is one of the most comprehensive and in-depth courses available anywhere. Our PSD Course covers over an incredible 60+ relevant subjects which are covered in theory and / or practical sessions, instilling in the course student the ability to remain adaptive, pro-active and reactive in an ever-changing hostile environment. The course is held at our excellent new training facilities in Meriden, USA in direct partnership with a US-based munitions and weapons company named Delta Arsenal. The PSD Course has been written by former Elite Military and PSD Team Leaders / Project Managers who have been active in Iraq, Afghanistan and SE Asia since 2003 and the course contains a wealth of operational and tactical knowledge.  The Chief Instructor is a former Royal Marines Commando, a Certified Master Antiterrorism Specialist (CMAS), and has been teaching PSD Operators in the UK, Iraq and Afghanistan since 2004 as well as fulfilling operational roles such as PSD Team Leader, Armed Escort Service (AES) Team Leader, RLT Team Member and Close Protection Project Manager for various companies.
